when you realise... you're in love.

Work is absolutely dead quiet today, leaving myself spending the day eating constantly, (as I do from boredom), listening to triple j, (which FYI A DAY TO REMEMBER are playing atm which just put me in the best mood), shopping online, youtubing and sending emails back and fourth between friends.

Down side… Most people get off work after today for Christmas… I’m back here again tomorrow before it’s my turn.

I’d say it’s time I considered going to sleep… Afterall, I do have to wake up at 5AM tomorrow for a call time of 6.30AM. FML.

It’s been an incredibly busy, exhausting week, working day-to-day, back-to-back, but I can’t complain because this is what I’m here for, and this is what I love and, at the end of the day, it’s rewarding.

Soooooo… I’ll get off my laptop now… But maybe do myself some reading before I actually start trying to sleep… Although I know I’ll regret that in the morning.

GOODNIGHT, ALL.

Turned down doing a Marc Jacobs fashion show today…

Just so I could come home sooner.

Okay, so here’s my update that I’ve been too slack to do these past few days… And still am too lazy but I decided I should get it done now or it won’t happen at all.

On Saturday, my best friend/room mate left Singapore to go back to Australia. Luckily, she’s from Perth so I’ll definitely be catching up with her a shit load when I go home. I miss her terribly though. We got really, really close, naturally. My room feels so empty and lonely without her here. I’m bored, all the time now. Seriously, I actually cannot describe how much I’m missing her…

On Sunday I had a go kart event with three other girls, including my mate, Avalon. It was really easy, and pretty fun. We had to go around basicly taking polaroid pictures with everyone and help present the trophies etc. I’ll upload some pictures.

After that, I had to rush of to rehearsals for the Nike show I had the next morning.

On Monday morning, we had to report at 7.15AM, which meant I had to wake up at 6.30AM. Probably the earliest I’ve had to since being here. It was hell. I don’t mind waking early, it’s just the fact that I’ve been having really terrible sleep these past couple of weeks, more so these past few days now that my room mate’s gone.

We had a rehearsal when we got to the venue and three male models were cut from the show because they were late. It was pretty intense. After rehearsing, we went into hair and makeup and ate Maccas breakfast.

We did a lot of waiting around, as usual, but it was okay because we were having fun backstage.

The show eventually began and was over so quickly. It was so much fun. I had three different outfits, my final one being a bikini, and when I walked out on stage, the whole audience went wild. It felt amazing.

I’ve been asked to do another show later next month for the same guy, yay!

Today, I had a fitting for H&M. I’ll be doing a three day event for them next week as they’re finally opening a store in Singapore. I am SO EXCITED! Honestly, their pieces are so amazing, and I’m pretty sure all my pay will go back to them, I’ll be making so many purchases!

And tomorrow, I have a casting for the Christian Dior Fall/Winter show. Fingers crossed, I really hope I get it!
